Kathy brings years of experience in guiding students to develop essential study skills, time management, and academic resilience.

Her innovative approach integrates brain-based learning strategies to enhance academic performance and foster lifelong skills. Recognized for her selfless service, Kathy was honored as Texas A&M's Parent of the Year in 2021, reflecting her embodiment of core values like integrity and excellence. Kathy's personalized approach ensures that each student is equipped to achieve their full potential.

reggie lepley

Logistics Coordinator

Reggie Lepley, is a dedicated professional with a passion for education and community service. As a retired county extension agent with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, he brings extensive experience in supporting individuals and families through educational programs and resources. Reggie’s commitment to fostering growth and resilience has made him a trusted figure in the community. Recognized for his embodiment of core values like integrity and selfless service, he was honored as Texas A&M's Parent of the Year in 2021 alongside his wife, Kathy. Reggie’s expertise and dedication play a vital role in the mission of Academic Coaching for Excellence LLC.

Karen lepley

Academic Coach

Karen Lepley, is a dedicated professional with a passion for education and student success. As the Program Manager for the Master of Agribusiness program at Texas A&M University, she brings extensive expertise in academic planning and career development. Karen is committed to fostering growth and resilience in students, equipping them with the tools needed to excel academically and professionally. Her innovative approach and dedication to excellence align seamlessly with the mission of Academic Coaching for Excellence LLC. Karen’s contributions continue to inspire and empower students on their educational journeys.

dr. toby lepley

Academic Coach

Dr. Lepley brings over 33 years of experience in positive youth development. He is a retired Associate Vice-President and State Director for both the Louisiana 4-H and Louisiana FFA Programs at the LSU AgCenter in Baton Rouge, LA. Before his tenure at the LSU AgCenter, Dr. Lepley spent25 years with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, where he oversaw the Texas4-H Scholarship Application, Judging, and Awarding process, distributing over $2 million annually in scholarships. Dr. Lepley possesses extensive knowledge in preparing scholarship, award, college, and internship applications, along with expertise in time management and organizational skills development.
